Docon®7 service training with our sales partner MacoPharma in Milan, Italy
We were invited by our customer and sales partner MacoPharma to Milan for a service training about Docon®7. The workshop was addressed to all service technicians working with the device. Employees from different countries such as Poland, Spain, Canada, Denmark, Italy and France came together to receive training from us on the use of Docon®7 and possible repair cases. The aim was to expand the practical knowledge and to train them to carry out repairs independently. In problem cases, service personnel should know how to react and what to do.
After the theoretical part, in which we explained the function of the software, we carried out a “hands-on session” during which everyone had the possibility to open the device and (dis-)assemble all different parts.
Several topics were discussed and open questions could be clarified. It was a very effective training where everyone could improve their skills and expand their knowledge. All in all, we can say that it was a good experience for the MacoPharma technicians. The feedback was also very helpful for us to understand what problems might occur and how we can adapt the training accordingly.
