Moeller Medical Devices USA is the exclusive U.S. sales and service company for Möller Medical GmbH, a German manufacturer of medical devices i.e. for neurosurgery, aesthetic surgery, blood donation, and biopsy.
Moeller Medical’s brands are the preferred devices in their respective spaces. Headquatering in Germany, Moeller Medical is capable of developing, manufacturing, licensing, and selling both sterile and non-sterile medical products.

Beyond its portfolio of private-label brands, Moeller Medical develops and manufactures OEM products.

Medical Device Field Sales Representatives (m/f)

in the territorys of Arizona, New England & New York, New Jersey & Pennsylvania, Illinois & Wisconsin, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Northern California, Minnesota & Iowa.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, selling medical products and services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and doctor’s offices, and assisting with the development and execution of customized Sales and Marketing plans. The representative must be able to answer customer’s questions regarding Moeller Medical products, including the features and benefits, pricing and availability, technical and clinical applications, and service support.

To be successful as a Direct Sales Representative, the candidate must be articulate, possess strong negotiation skills and the capacity to persuade customers to purchase Möller Medical products and services. A top-performing Sales Representative must provide exceptional customer service and ensure purchased products are supported in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas as defined by the company.
  • Canvass the assigned territory to identify and present Moeller Medical products to potential customers.
  • Assist management in identifying effective and viable marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers including post-sales training and support.
  • Contact leads and set appointments to present the company’s products.
  • Assist customers with completing orders.
  • Attend regional and national trade shows and other industry-related workshops and events.
  • Prepare sales proposals for potential buyers.
  • Complete and submit to management reports detailing near, middle, and long-term sales targets and goals.
  • Document current and prospective sales opportunities in Moeller Medical’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a medical science-related field
  • A minimum 3 years of experience with proven success selling capital equipment and disposables to hospitals and clinicians in the field of: neurosurgery, vascular surgery, and/or cardiovascular surgery.
  • Strong organization and negotiation skills
  • A charismatic individual with excellent and effective communication skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate features and benefits, and persuade customers to purchase the company’s products
  • Ability to learn, retain, recite, and present medical/clinical terminology as it pertains to the company’s products
  • Effective consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in networking, building and maintaining professional relationships
